L’absinthe; New York inspired french bistro

This New York inspired french bistro is owned by Caroline Rostang, the daughter of French culinary giant Michel Rostang. The restaurants contains 2 floors and offers a very Parisien decor with very good service. During the warmer month you can enjoy the available outdoor terrace. It’s located in a quiet, cosy area close to the Opera; the place du Marché St Honoré. This small intimated square in this expensive neigboorhood is very nice with several restaurant and winebars. You can find it in one of the sidestreet of the rue saint honore. L’absinthe offers delicious traditional, high quality french dishes with a modern twist on the standard a la carte menu a changing daymenu.
